My name is Rachel. I’m the owner and lead coordinator behind Moon & Veil Events, where I help couples create weddings that feel intentional, smooth, and genuinely reflective of who they are.

My approach to coordination is rooted in calm guidance, thoughtful organization, creative problem-solving, and years of experience in the wedding industry. I believe your wedding day should feel less like managing a timeline and more like fully experiencing every moment with the people you love most.

Based in Whatcom County, I have experience in both traditional weddings and intimate gatherings. From venue walkthroughs and vendor communication to day-of logistics, I’m here to make sure every detail is handled with care.

Before Moon & Veil, I worked with A Taste of Elegance catering, where I managed administrative operations and oversaw the service side of events. This experience taught me the value of thoughtful details, adaptability when unexpected moments arise, and how to create celebrations that minimize stress.

When I’m not coordinating weddings, you can usually find me spending time with my family - and most likely chasing after my toddler. I love building genuine connections with my couples and working with them to make their vision come to life.
